Diary of a Wimpy kid is funny, hysterical even. One of the most entertaining books I've read. It's great for all ages, but it's based mainly on 9-12 yr old. The author is also the illustrator.
Bottom-line it like a journal about Greg Heffley's life and how's he wants to be famous someday, but doesn't want to work hard for it. It's a really cool short read books to read. I loved everyone of them.
